Relaxing Spa Experience

Fabulous Breakfast

The breakfast buffet was simply amazing! With a wide range of options available, including many good vegan choices, I found it hard to choose what to have each morning. The coffee was excellent, and I was particularly excited to discover the chocolate fountain. It truly elevated my breakfast experience!

Comfortable Room Amenities

I was pleased with my Superior Queen Room, which had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape outside. The big window allowed plenty of natural light in, and the room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a Nespresso machine. The heated bathroom floor was a good touch, especially during chilly mornings.

My stay was pleasant overall, with clean and comfortable rooms for myself and my two young children. The covered walkway made accessing my room easy, but I was hoping for a special offer at the SPA through the hotel which I didn't find, leaving me a little disappointed during check-in.

The service was a mix. While there was nice entertainment shown, I found it unpolite and slow, especially considering the room rate which I felt was on the higher side.

The atmosphere was modern and nice, with convenient access to a mall next door, perfect for those who love to shop. Great for a transit stay with easy dining and shopping options available in the shopping center.
